Growing up with an elite gymnastics coach for a mother and world-renown ballet dancer and director for a father, it is no surprise Vlada found herself as a professional dancer. Performing in live shows all over the U.S, touring globally as a backup dancer for Ricky Martin, and appearing in film and music videos with Britney Spears, Beyonce, Weird Al Yankovic, Eminem, Snoop Dog, and more.

Vlada’s passion for movement started at an early age as she grew up dancing and performing on stage and the big screen. She is a devoted wife, mother, and fitness professional who is incredibly passionate about helping others find their personal best through movement. Participating in any activity outdoors in nature is her favorite way to spend time with friends and family. And to spice up her own fitness routine, she likes to incorporate non-traditional workouts such as Aerial silk and Pole to help challenge the mind and body in a unique and fun way.
