As a mom of two young boys, I know personally what it takes to recover from having a baby. After having my firstborn, I was blown away by the lack of information available within the fitness industry to help moms recover safely and effectively from birth. I sought out the best evidence-based education to help myself and quickly realized that I could use this knowledge coupled with my fitness expertise to help others. As a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, I educate women on building a strong foundation in the body to prevent prolapse, leaking, Diastasis Recti, tight or weak pelvic floor, pain with sex, backache, and more. As am a mom of three kids (9, 5 and 2.5yrs) I was struggling with overall strength but especially in my abs. They felt so weak and disconnected.
