3. Android. Click on Zoom Cloud Meetings to install. Or in Google Play, tap on Apps. In the Play Store screen enter “Zoom” in search txt and tap to install Zoom Cloud Meetings.

Yes. Please notify email@example.com one hour prior to class starting time if you would like to receive a video recording instead of attending it on Zoom. If you do not notify Vlada then there is no guarantee you will receive a class video recording.
You can purchase equipment on Amazon (links provided) or any local stores like Target, Walmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, MonkeySports Superstore.
CORE PILATES: Pilates ball, Therabands, Yoga Mat (or carpet)
BARRE: 2lb or 3lb hand weights, Pilates Ball, Yoga Mat (or carpet)
ATHLETIC CONDITIONING: 8lb, 10lb, 15lb dumbbells (heavier or lighter depending on your fitness level), Yoga Mat (or carpet)

If there are no underlying health conditions and your physician or midwife has cleared you to workout, then Yes, you can take Vlada’s classes. Please note that you need prior experience to handle Dumbbells (heavy and light). Staying active during pregnancy can ease morning sickness, elevate mood, increase strength and reduce pain with a proper strengthening routine.

Some natural stretching and diastasis formation during pregnancy is completely normal. If your doctor or midwife has confirmed that you have more than a 2-finger width separation between your rectus muscles, then a personal training program would be the right fit for you. The wrong exercises or movement patterns can cause a DR to worsen, while individualized training can help heal your DR safely by strengthening your core and pelvic floor muscles with specific exercises and strategic techniques.
Yes. During class, you will hear Vlada offer both progressions and regressions. Please adjust your movement and load to what your body needs. If you are pregnant or recovering from an injury, please let Vlada know before class starts so she can better assist you.
